At this moment the company is developing a project of building an uptown in Malunas street 8, Kretinga. Ketvikas is planning to build a block of monolithic houses according personal orders. The site is located near the river Akmena, in a beautiful and quiet place. By EU funds the surrounding and infrastructure of the region are being rebuilt. The project is certified by the administration of Klaipeda’s region and a technical project is being prepared.

Houses are built with full or partial decoration.
